RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: May 2026

Welcome to MYKA Racing, operated by MK Trucks LLC. Due to the nature of aftermarket, off-road, performance, suspension, wheel, tire, and custom automotive products, all sales and returns are governed by the policy below.

By placing an order with MYKA Racing, the customer agrees to all terms listed in this policy.


ALL SALES ARE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION & APPROVAL

We do not operate as a “free return” retailer.

Automotive aftermarket parts are highly sensitive to installation, handling, packaging condition, freight costs, and vehicle compatibility. Because of this, all returns, exchanges, cancellations, and claims are reviewed individually and must be approved by MYKA Racing before any return is authorized.

Unauthorized returns will be refused.


RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Returns may only be requested within:

  • 14 calendar days from delivery date for standard products.

To qualify for a return, ALL of the following conditions must be met:

  • Product must be brand new.

  • Product must be unused.

  • Product must NOT have been installed, mounted, modified, or tested.

  • Product must be in original manufacturer packaging.

  • Packaging must be sealed, clean, and undamaged.

  • All hardware, accessories, manuals, stickers, inserts, and components must be included.

  • Product must be in resellable condition as determined solely by MYKA Racing and/or the manufacturer.

If any condition above is not met, the return may be denied entirely or partially refunded at our discretion.


NON-RETURNABLE / FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned under any circumstance:

  • Custom-built or made-to-order products

  • Special-order products

  • Wheels

  • Tires

  • Mounted wheel/tire packages

  • Electrical components

  • Tuners/programmers

  • Open-box items

  • Clearance items

  • Discontinued products

  • Products marked “Final Sale”

  • Used or installed products

  • Powder-coated/custom-finished products

  • Body armor, bumpers, roof racks, and oversized freight items after shipment

  • Any item returned without original packaging

  • Any item with signs of installation or handling damage


INSTALLATION = ACCEPTANCE

Once a product has been installed, attempted to be installed, modified, painted, drilled, wired, mounted, or used in any way, the item becomes non-returnable immediately.

This includes:

  • Bolt marks

  • Tool marks

  • Dirt/mud

  • Tire mounting marks

  • Scratches

  • Missing hardware

  • Damaged packaging

  • Wiring attempts

  • Grease/oil residue

No exceptions.


FITMENT RESPONSIBILITY

The customer is fully responsible for verifying:

  • Vehicle compatibility

  • Lift requirements

  • Wheel/tire sizing

  • Trim compatibility

  • Suspension setup

  • Clearance requirements

  • Local laws and regulations

Vehicle fitment guides are provided as a general reference only.

Modifications, trim packages, regional variations, production changes, aftermarket upgrades, calibration differences, and manufacturer inconsistencies may affect compatibility.

MYKA Racing is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect purchases

  • Assumptions made by customer

  • Labor costs

  • Installation costs

  • Alignment costs

  • Shop fees

  • Vehicle downtime

  • Rental vehicles

  • Towing

  • Additional parts required for installation

Customers are strongly encouraged to contact us BEFORE ordering if unsure.


RETURN SHIPPING & RESTOCKING FEES

Approved returns are subject to:

  • Minimum 25% restocking fee

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping is customer responsibility

  • Additional manufacturer restocking fees may apply

  • Oversized freight return charges may apply

If free shipping was originally provided, actual outbound shipping costs will still be deducted from the refund.


FREIGHT / OVERSIZED ORDERS

Freight shipments MUST be inspected at delivery.

If freight damage is visible:

  • Customer must note damage with the carrier BEFORE signing.

  • Customer must photograph packaging and damage immediately.

Failure to document freight damage at delivery may void any claim.

Freight refusal without authorization may result in:

  • Return freight charges

  • Storage fees

  • Restocking fees

  • Partial refund only


DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Customers must report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within:

  • 48 hours of delivery

Required documentation:

  • Photos of product

  • Photos of packaging

  • Photos of shipping label

  • Detailed description of issue

MYKA Racing reserves the right to:

  • Replace parts/components only

  • File manufacturer warranty claim

  • Repair the issue

  • Deny claim if damage appears installation-related

Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled BEFORE processing or shipment.

Once an order enters:

  • warehouse processing,

  • packaging,

  • freight scheduling,

  • supplier fulfillment,

  • or shipment preparation,

it may no longer be cancellable.

Canceled orders may still incur:

  • processing fees,

  • merchant fees,

  • supplier cancellation fees,

  • or restocking fees.

Special-order and custom items cannot be canceled.


CHARGEBACK & FRAUD POLICY

Customers agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks.

By purchasing from MYKA Racing, customers acknowledge:

  • they reviewed product specifications,

  • understood return conditions,

  • and accepted this policy before checkout.

We aggressively dispute fraudulent chargebacks and preserve:

  • tracking information,

  • IP logs,

  • delivery confirmation,

  • customer communications,

  • fitment confirmations,

  • and signed freight records.

Fraudulent disputes may be forwarded to collections and/or legal action where permitted.


REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders returned due to:

  • invalid address,

  • refusal,

  • failed delivery attempts,

  • or customer unavailability

may incur:

  • carrier return fees,

  • storage fees,

  • re-delivery fees,

  • and restocking fees.


REFUNDS

Refunds are issued ONLY after:

  • return delivery,

  • inspection,

  • and approval.

Refund timing:

  • 5–10 business days after approval.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

MYKA Racing reserves the right to deny any refund if the returned item does not meet policy requirements.


POLICY ACCEPTANCE

By purchasing from MYKA Racing, the customer confirms they have:

  • read,

  • understood,

  • and accepted this Return & Refund Policy in full.
