SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through MYKA Racing, operated by MK Trucks LLC.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to all terms outlined below.


ORDER PROCESSING

Most orders are processed within:

  • 1–5 business days

Some products may require additional processing time depending on:

  • supplier availability,

  • warehouse location,

  • freight scheduling,

  • manufacturer lead times,

  • or custom preparation.

Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Orders are not processed on:

  • weekends,

  • holidays,

  • or carrier closure days.


SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated shipping times vary by:

  • product type,

  • supplier,

  • warehouse location,

  • freight carrier,

  • and destination.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Small packages: 3–7 business days

  • Oversized/freight items: 5–14 business days

These are estimates only and are NOT guaranteed delivery dates.

MYKA Racing is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • weather,

  • carrier delays,

  • customs,

  • supplier backorders,

  • labor shortages,

  • natural disasters,

  • or events outside our control.


MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately from different warehouses.

Customers may receive:

  • multiple tracking numbers,

  • multiple packages,

  • and separate delivery dates.

Partial shipments do not qualify for cancellation or refund requests.


FREIGHT SHIPMENTS

Oversized products such as:

  • bumpers,

  • roof racks,

  • suspension systems,

  • wheels,

  • tires,

  • armor,

  • or large accessories

may ship via LTL freight carriers.

Freight deliveries may require:

  • appointment scheduling,

  • signature confirmation,

  • customer availability,

  • or pickup from local freight terminal.

Customer is responsible for ensuring:

  • correct delivery address,

  • safe delivery access,

  • and availability to receive freight.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • remote areas,

  • re-delivery,

  • storage,

  • liftgate service,

  • residential delivery,

  • or missed appointments.


FREIGHT INSPECTION REQUIREMENT

ALL freight shipments MUST be inspected at delivery BEFORE signing.

If damage is visible:

  • Customer MUST note damage with carrier.

  • Customer MUST photograph:

    • packaging,

    • pallet,

    • labels,

    • and damaged product.

Signing for freight without noting visible damage may void carrier claims.

MYKA Racing is not responsible for concealed or unreported freight damage after delivery acceptance.


SHIPPING ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY

Customer is fully responsible for providing:

  • accurate shipping address,

  • apartment/unit information,

  • and contact information.

MYKA Racing is not responsible for:

  • lost packages due to incorrect address,

  • returned shipments,

  • delivery delays,

  • or additional carrier fees caused by customer error.

If an order is returned due to:

  • invalid address,

  • failed delivery attempts,

  • refusal,

  • or customer unavailability,

the customer may be responsible for:

  • return shipping charges,

  • storage fees,

  • reshipping fees,

  • and restocking fees.


FREE SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

If free shipping is offered:

  • it applies only to qualifying products and regions,

  • and may exclude oversized/freight items.

MYKA Racing reserves the right to:

  • choose carrier,

  • choose shipping method,

  • or cancel free shipping promotions at any time.

Free shipping promotions do not apply to:

  • Alaska,

  • Hawaii,

  • Puerto Rico,

  • APO/FPO,

  • international destinations,

  • or remote delivery areas unless specifically stated.


BACKORDERS & SUPPLIER DELAYS

Certain products may become:

  • backordered,

  • temporarily unavailable,

  • or delayed by manufacturers/suppliers.

Estimated availability dates are not guaranteed.

MYKA Racing is not liable for:

  • supplier production delays,

  • warehouse shortages,

  • manufacturer changes,

  • or extended lead times.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

MYKA Racing is not responsible for:

  • stolen packages,

  • missing packages after delivery,

  • or unsecured delivery locations.

Customers are encouraged to:

  • ship to secure locations,

  • monitor tracking,

  • and request signature delivery when available.

Claims for lost packages may require:

  • carrier investigation,

  • police report,

  • or signed affidavit.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International customers are responsible for:

  • customs duties,

  • import taxes,

  • brokerage fees,

  • inspections,

  • and local compliance regulations.

MYKA Racing is not responsible for:

  • customs delays,

  • import restrictions,

  • seized shipments,

  • or additional international charges.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS AFTER SHIPPING

Once an order ships:

  • it cannot be canceled.

Refused shipments may incur:

  • outbound shipping charges,

  • return freight charges,

  • storage fees,

  • and restocking fees.


TRACKING INFORMATION

Tracking information is typically emailed once available.

Some shipments may require:

  • additional processing before tracking updates appear.

Carrier scan delays are outside our control.


SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS

Shipping damage claims must be reported within:

  • 48 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted without:

  • photos,

  • packaging evidence,

  • or carrier documentation

may be denied.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MYKA Racing shall not be liable for:

  • delayed deliveries,

  • shipping interruptions,

  • carrier errors,

  • weather delays,

  • freight issues,

  • customs delays,

  • or consequential damages related to shipment timing.
